Welcome to to my proof of concept SMART Health Card decoder.
Scan or upload an image containing a SMART Health Card and the site will attempt to decode the QR code, the Health Card and then validate the signature against the California Department of Public Health public key.
Disclaimer: While Health Cards from other states might also work, I'm currently only verifying signatures for the State of California. Please treat this website as experimental and use at your own risk.
